The Deluxe King Room had an impressive setup with great amenities. Enjoyed the convenient location near the beautiful Santa Lucia Riverwalk. It made exploring parks and museums effortless. The room maintained a clean and peaceful atmosphere, perfect for relaxing after a day out. While the staff was attentive when contacted through messages, navigating the check-in process was a bit tricky due to unclear instructions on locating the right property amidst multiple hotels sharing the same name. Additionally, the coffee setup was very limited, only providing instant packets instead of coffee pods. For two guests, just one small bottle of water seemed inadequate. The pool was out of service during my stay, which was a letdown. Despite these hiccups, the comfortable room and location made the visit worthwhile.

For an early morning coffee fix, consider bringing your own supplies, as the provided coffee setup is minimal.

Loved our stay at Hoteles Antigua, Santa Lucia Mty! The Deluxe King Room was well-equipped and super clean, making it very comfortable for our family. The location was fantastic, with easy walking access to museums, the restaurant district, and other attractions. We particularly enjoyed La Casa del Panqué nearby for meals!

The check-in process was a bit inconvenient.

the hotel had some remodeling going on, but the location was perfect,, very close to museums and bars. my room was clean and spacious, and the staff were super attentive. i also liked the nearby bar/cafe for meals!

The location was absolutely fantastic, making it easy to explore restaurants and cultural attractions nearby. The Deluxe Queen Room was spacious, well-kept, and provided a peaceful night's rest. The staff consistently offered attentive and courteous service, ensuring our needs were met throughout our stay.

While the overall experience was enjoyable, the amenities could use some upgrades.
